Positive: A great villa. Yard. Camp fire. Kitchen equipment.
Negative: There was an electricity failure and response was slow and problem never solved.
Summary: A very enjoyable experience except for the electricity issue.

Positive: Beautiful location out in the country. Amazing backyard space with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, a grill, and some patio furniture. We got to see lots of stars and fireflies in the night. Short drive to Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen (which offers nice dining options). Plenty of bedding and towels. Hosts provided hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry pods, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils for cooking and dishes, as well as basics like oil, salt, and pepper. There’s TV, football table and board games for entertainment.
Negative: One of the three beds was making a loud creaking noise and we found it to be not amenable for sleep. We ended up using the futon instead. The code used to enter changed mid-stay without any notification. We had to call Vacasa to get a new code which didn’t take too long.
Summary: Nice quiet location with a great backyard. Short drive to Seneca Lake, restaurants and wineries.

Positive: It met expectations based on the pictures. It was quiet and clean. The back porch and firepit were a nice surprise.
Negative: The shower door is tough to maneuver for older guests.
Summary: Good value in this quiet and clean family friendly property.

Positive: Clean nice home with nice deck and backyard. The house is surrounded by farmland therefore there are no stores or restuarants for another half an hour.
Negative: The property should give more coffee, shampoo, body wash and other essentials that someone might've forgot to bring.
Summary: Great stay, I will book again if I am in the area.
