Positive: This quiet, spacious apartment is on the ground floor of a modern block. It was extremely well equipped, the hosts have thought of everything. We really appreciated the washing machine. The wifi was good. It was a five minute walk to the bus stop for Zagreb, then you take a tram ride into the centre. There is a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Communication with the host was a bit complicated as we have no Croatian and the host had no English. Eventually, her english speaking granddaughter came to the rescue.

Negative: Paying 10 Euros per night for the underground garage to park our classic car as the allocated parking space was right next to the road. It seemed disproportionately expensive.

Summary: Lovely, comfortable apartment a bus ride away from Zagreb.
