Positive: Beautiful house, stunning kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Really comfy home, felt totally at ease here, slept well. Lovely welcome basket on arrival and a guest book which I always enjoy reading. Good location for Perth and surrounding areas, easy access to bypass, but a lovely quiet area to stay in. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again!

Positive: This is the third time we have been to this property and it is by far our favourite. We visit family regularly in Perth and it’s the perfect location. The house is beautifully kept, the wee welcome pack is so thoughtful and everything spotlessly clean. Cannot recommend enough. We did have quite a few issues trying to contact Sykes, which isn’t the first time we have had issues with them, so if you can book outwith Sykes I would! Their customer service is shocking and the staff extremely rude which is quite sad as you can see the owner of the property is the total opposite and everything is done with so much care and attention. Fabulous stay, wonderful property and look forward to visiting again.
