Summary: We stayed for our wedding weekend and the house was perfect! Check in was easy and the location to everything was perfect! Summary: The cottage was comfortable and nicely decorated; not overwhelming. We really didn't need anything.The location was a easy 5 minute walk to the downtime square; even in this heat wave. Mornings are cooler in the hill country. Be sure not to miss the atrium within the court house; it is worth a visit. Also, it's an easy bucolic 20 minute drive to Round Top. Communication with the company managing the home was also easy. Our only question was why the disposable ear plugs on the nightstands? Well the cottage is 1 block from some busy railroad tracks, which we heard carries coal to Austin. Occasionally, we were awaken by the tooting of a train horn, but the bed was so comfy it barely bothered us; we didn't needed the earplugs. We would stay here again

Summary: We were primarily in for the fall Round Top Antique Show, but able to explore several little surrounding towns & fun places including La Grange. The house was in walking distance from downtown, quiet, well supplied kitchen, bathroom and linens, but most of all very comfortable. We will definetly return!
