Relax and Enjoy this unique log cabin nestled on a half acre wooded
property. You can relax in the living room in front of the large stone wood burning fireplace with your favorite wine, scotch or spirit, or walk around the property and enjoy the great outdoors where you can sit in the hot tub. You will be so relaxed and
comfortable in the interior log surroundings that you will not want to leave. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends. There is nothing like this cabin.
Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call for a copy of the registration form), water skiing, and more. We are located a 5 minute walk to the lake and 10 minute walk to the beach on the lake, or a 2 minute drive. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court. The beach is usually open on weekends starting on Memorial Day and then full time starting around mid June or the summer. There is also tennis.
The home is a 4 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 6 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located less than 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.
Please check with owner for Rates because new rate structure on VRBO can sometimes be confusing and rates may be different than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if start or end on a Sunday, but depends on when and how long.
3 night minimum for long holiday weekends (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Labor) and 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat nights).

Summary: First time visitors to Lake Harmony. Love the area! And our cabin was perfect for us (3 adults and 2 mini golden doods) it was a very snowy/wintry mix on a holiday weekend in February and the cabin was so warm and cozy. The fireplace is delightful !All amenities were as described and in great condition. We will be back!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. It was cold for memorial day, so we took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit. The property is clean and in a quiet area. We saw deer everyday on the property! Also, Barry was very responsive and gave lots of recommendations on activities and restaurants. I highly recommend The Terra Cottage, their hot chocolate is outstanding!

Summary: My family and I had the best time during our stay at the cabin! The location was super close to JF and BB and even a short drive to Camelback mountain. We loved the cozy feeling of the cabin. The wood burning fireplace and the log details made us feel like we were in the quiet mountain escape; which is exactly what we wanted. The kids had their own ‘little apartment’ in the downstairs with two bedrooms and their own full bathroom and the loft area was perfect for my husband and I. Every evening we enjoyed the deer that visited! The kids couldn’t get enough of them!!!!! Per Barry’s recommendation, we ordered delicious breakfast from Terra Cottage and it did not disappoint. Barry was incredible to communicate with and he was there to quickly answer any questions we had!!! The kids are already asking to return during the warmer months :)

Summary: Our vacation cabin was well appointed and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the backyard where we dined with deer, enjoyed the quiet of the wooded lot, and relaxed under the shaded treas. The home was conveniently located near the lake within an easy 15 minute walk.
