Renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath - Located at the base of Blue Mountain and backing on to the 1st Fairway of Monterra Golf Course. In the heart of it all, this turn-key condo is steps from the Village At Blue where you will find a 4 season selection of activities to suit everyone. Property features include all of the comforts of home, upgraded linens, Hi-definition flat screen televisions, DVD player, XBox, stereo IPod docking station, unlimited upgraded free streaming Internet, fully appointed kitchen, heated slate floors, gas fireplace, walk-out to patio with seating for 10 and gas grill, full size washer/dryer and Air conditioning.
Open concept is suitable for celebrating family events or romantic getaways. Master bedroom has private ensuite bath, Queen bed and flat screen tv. 2nd main floor bedroom features a double bed, twin bunks and flat screen tv 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with twin bunks, single and king bed. We have appointed the loft with an entertainment centre so that the kids can have their own retreat with flat screen TV,DVD and XBox. Move in and make yourself at home.
Cook gourmet meals in your own kitchen or walk across the street and enjoy the many fine restaurants that the Village At Blue has to offer. Downtown Collingwood is just a short 10 min drive should you feel the need to leave the Village. Rent our home, park your car and enjoy all that That The Village At Blue has to offer! Property comes with 2 parking passes to park in front of the home.
**Communal Pool access is available for a fee at Aqua Plunge in the Village. This is an indoor/outdoor water park.**

Summary: Great spot to stay for a larger group. Slept 8 adult men comfortably. Located right on the first fairway of the golf course. 5 min walk to the clubhouse for golfing as well as to the Village for food/drinks. You can get 2 parking passes and request more if needed. Parking is in the lot right outside your door which is convenient. The renter called me the day before and was in touch with me via text if I needed anything. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Tv, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, over, washer and dryer, hair dryer, plates, cups, cutlery, linens and towels, etc. Great location, nice place, will go back for sure.

Summary: Fantastic place! Extremely well stocked kitchen and lovely new linens . Great communication with the host and Vacasa. Very short walk to Blue Mountain Village with many choices for dinner out. Will definitely book again.

Summary: Spent a couple of nights here in Feb with family and would highly recommend. Location can’t be beat, host is super friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with, very clean and spacious, truly a home away from home, would definitely come back.

Summary: Well thought out resort home. Nicely renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped. Lots of sleeping and storage space. Super kids friendly, with XBoX and many board games. Highly recommend.
