Summary: We stayed a night during the Easter holiday. Staffs were super nice and helpful. However, the hotel appeared quite understaffed, especially during breakfast. While the entrance sign asked guests to wait to be seated, there was no staff managing seating, so we eventually had to find our own seats after waiting quite some time. Only a handful of staff were struggling to keep up with the demand for food and clean plates for a full house. Despite the pressure, staffs were very professional and welcoming. Regarding the spa, while the view from the pool and sauna was beautiful, the facilities were very frustrating as nearly all lockers were out of order. One guest managed to find a working one, but it didn't open later, so she needed help. We liked the views, but we feel the overall spa experience didn't quite match the price.
