Summary: My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. Summary: I had a great stay at First Joy Hotel. It’s in a quiet location on top of a hill with a good view of the Black Sea. The staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. They had a very healthy breakfast, my favorite was the detox water. They also have a gym and pool downstairs, great amenities! The room and shower were spacious. I really loved the calm atmosphere.

Summary: Staff were very helpful. The food was so good. They have an international touch. Plus the local dishes. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The bathroom modern desined. Daily house keeping. The laundry service was good. Reasonable price. There is a small supermarket close-by. Free shuttle bus to the mall. I rated 4 because the swimming pool is small i wish they consider extra outdoor aminities. The breakfast buffet was not the best. Optiins are very limited. I didnt like the idea of the staff cleaning and arranging the empty dishes infornt of the gueats. There must be back kitchen for such think. It was very noisy and disturbing. Otherwise i liked it. Thank you
