Positive: Perfect location right next to Wu Zetian’s imperial palace. Wandering around the palace in Hanfu makes you feel like an ancient Chinese emperor. The rooftop terrace on the third floor boasts amazing views. Sipping drinks with the evening breeze while enjoying the stunning palace night scenery is incredibly relaxing. It’s just 300 meters from the subway station for easy travel. Warm and attentive staff make the stay thoroughly pleasant.

Positive: The location, just 2 minutes from the sightseeing are. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable

Negative: The address is not accurate, the hotel is an inn not hotel, very basic, no tea and coffee facility, was smelling of cigs very badly, couldn't get the rid of the smell with anything

Summary: I would give 1-star for China, but in a great location down town

Positive: The place is in a good location and the room was of a good size with a powerful shower. There’s a nice terrace with a good view over the local temples. Free pick up from the station was also a bonus and the staff was very nice and friendly. We were also able to use washing machine and dryer for free.

Negative: The property is starting to look a bit aged, especially on the common areas. The room had signs of water damage in the ceiling ( big yellow stains) Somebody else mentioned this and I’m understanding that some sort of renovation will take process
