Summary: This was a last minute find to be able to stay where we were fishing. The camp was great to stay at for the short period we were there. It felt like a real home rather than some random rental property or hotel. I will definitely stay there again when we take another trip. Thanks for the hospitality

Summary: Upon arrival there was a note on the door that said the water was not potable. This was rather surprising for us and we would have appreciated more advanced notice via the VRBO app. Thankfully we had water with us to use later on our trip. Additionally the dishwasher did not work well-- left a soapy residue on the dishes. There was no sponge for washing dishes. A lovely table to sit at outside. We cleaned it off and enjoyed our dinner outside. The toilet in one of the bathrooms had not been recently cleaned. Other than these things, it was a good jumping off spot for us to go to Seminole Canyon.

Summary: This property was the perfect set up for a family getaway to the lake. The trailer had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 7. The living and kitchen area were nice. There were all the utensils needed for cooking. The living room has a TV and cable. There is no wifi available. The bedrooms were nice in size. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a single bed. We didn't use the single bed because we didn't really need it but the mattress was a little oversized for the bed frame and it didn't look very comfortable. Would work for a small child. The second bedroom was perfect. Had a queen size bed and a single bed which was perfect for anyone (adult or child). There are two bathrooms that worked great. The bathroom in the master bedroom does not have a door but has a curtain that you can close for privacy. It wasn't bothersome for us but is helpful to know in my opinion. The showers work great in both bathrooms and the water pressure was wonderful. The best part for us is the space in the living area and the outside patio. The patio furniture is very comfortable and the porch lights are a nice added touch to unwind after a long day on the lake. There is a small grill available which was perfect for us to make some dinner. The furniture in the living is very comfortable and makes for a nice space to sit and visit as well. The yard is fenced in and well kept. There is a covered driveway to park your boat under and plenty of parking space for additional vehicles. Plenty of room to load and unload your vehicles and also plug-ins for charging the boats in the evening. The location is perfect if you are wanting to load your boat at Diablo East. The boat ramp is minutes away. The convenient store is also across the street and there is a little restaurant at the Champions Inn hotel where you can grab a quick breakfast on your way out to the lake. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice place to stay at the lake. The hosts were very easy to work with and were easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Summary: The property was very convenient and close to the lake ramp. It was clean and very comfortable. Going through VRBO however was a major pain in the backside. If at all possible, I’ll not be going through them to rent future properties.
