Summary: Condo was clean and perfectly set up for our stay with the super comfy fold out sofa and extra bed!! Great location can walk to restaurants…coffee and ice cream! And beautiful sunsets on the lake. Will definitely be back!!

Summary: The property was nice. Just like pictures. Nice to be so close to downtown and restaurants. It’s on the 2nd floor and faces the other way from the lake so you look out at the library. This didn’t bother us at all but just so others know. Great communication with Ben (property manager). We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. Ben, property manger, was a joy to work with. Unit is outfitted as appropriate for short term stays. Right in the heart of the downtown area. Great shops and restaurants.

Summary: Walkable distance to downtown and the lake/park. It was only about 6 miles to downtown Mt. Dora. Enjoyable stay....we were only there for a couple of days.

Summary: We stayed here for 8 days while visiting family, and we could not have been more comfortable! The entire apartment was spotless, and the check-in and check-out process was so simple! We had several small questions throughout our stay, and Ben never took more than a few minutes to respond. Parking was easy, the high end toiletries were a big plus (I loved the pear-scented hand soap!), and the location was close to everything. Eustis was still lit up from the holidays and it was beautiful. We will certainly stay here again the next time we visit!

Summary: We found the property very clean, modern. Large kitchen. Only disappointment was the site mentioned being able to see a lake.. we saw a building. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with.
