Summary: This was a 12 day combo work/vacation trip for me (54yo) and my mom (74years young) joined me for what was supposed to be "vacation" in the evenings. From my first inquiry to a mildly panicked phone call AFTER checking out, Molly was AMAZING!! Quick to respond! Helpful! and most importantly...CALM when I contacted her several hours after we checked out. Now, a few details about our trip. From the time we landed at Tulsa Airport (me from Italy/mom from California) until we checked out, nothing we planned went the way it should have. The icing on the cake? I had an accident (NOT at the Cabin) and fractured multiple ribs. The cherry on top? After checking out and driving back to Tulsa, my mom realized she had left her travel handbag at the Cabin. It had important documents, checkbook, medications, etc. These are two examples of how our trip went. When we realized the handbag had been left behind, I sent Molly messages through VRBO and then realized I could CALL her! I was not thinking clearly. I explained the situation, Molly checked with the caretaker and called me back within minutes to let us know, yes it was there and yes, we could return to Grove the next morning to pick it up. WHEW!!! My mom and I were SO THANKFUL each time we pulled up to the cabin because we knew calm, comfort, relaxing and so much more waited for us JUST INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR!!! The room to room flow. The decorating. Personal touches. The comfortable furniture, the deck, wonderful beds, the deck, as many pillows as you could ever want, the beautiful deck, the view, did I mention the deck? ;). My ONLY complaint is that we could not stay longer! There is a road close by and the cicadas can be a bit loud late at night. The traffic never bothered us. The cicadas? WOW! can they get loud. Neither of us have them where we live. BUT...step inside the cabin and the noise is GONE!! I don't know what magical material the walls are made of but they block out all noise. If you are planning to visit this area and this cabin is available BOOK IT!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!! I hope to return and would shift my dates, if possible, to stay again.

Summary: Owners are great and very responsive. My wife and stayed for a fishing tournament for a week and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Dollar store within walking distance for all necessities. Thanks Mollie for a great week
