This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home is tastefully furnished with plenty of space for a large group and set up with separate living quarters, great for extended families! It is located on a deep boating canal in Summerland Key (3 ft. draft steady, 4ft./sailboats when the tide is right). There is immediate access to both the Atlantic or Gulf!! Conveniently located on Summerland Key close to all of the amenities to make your vacation or stay in the Keys the best possible! We are new to the rental market so we do not have a ton of reviews yet....so we will make sure your stay is the best possible while in the Florida Keys!
