Summary: Our family of 5 and 2 dogs enjoyed a week long escape from the cities at this tranquil getaway. It was the perfect, private getaway that we all needed from our busy schedules. We brought our boat and were able to put it in right at the cabin and keep it docked there too. We enjoyed lots of fishing, tubing, and tootles around the lake. Campfires overlooking the picturesque sunset and plenty of room for our dogs to run. The screened porch was perfect for our morning coffee, meals. And family game nights after the sun went down. If you’re looking for a private getaway, we’d highly recommend it.

Summary: My family enjoyed our stay. The listing is 100% accurate. The boys enjoyed swimming and fishing from the dock. We caught our two biggest fish off the dock. The private boat launch was great. It was nice to jump on a boat in the AM.

Summary: Very private property with plenty of room for the family to spread out. Fishing was excellent even from the dock and the lake was easy to navigate in a fishing boat. We loved the screened porch and the ample level grassy areas outside for yard games. The air was keeping up very well even on a day with highs in the 90’s

Summary: We had a great time at the lake! Kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. Fishing was spectacular, 2 of the kids caught their first Northerns, one of which was caught right off the dock along with some nice sunnies. Everyone was asking to come back next year already after day one. We loved the privacy and being able to take our dogs along. More than enough room for the 7 of us. Communication with host was excellent.

Summary: Cabin had everything we needed. Nice dock and screened in porch. Huge yard with camper hookup worked well for our group. Location is somewhat remote with lots of gravel roads. Map directions do not bring you to the right address.

Summary: Having a screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs was wonderful. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The lake water was nice and warm when we were there and not weedy by the dock, but pretty rocky. Our only complaint was being woken up early in the morning by someone right outside our windows mowing and trimming the lawn! Weird timing.

Summary: Driving down the long driveway to the property the lake appears and its breathtaking! The property was just perfect! The views from the deck and screen porch were fantastic! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck looking over the lake.The lake was clear and perfect for swimming paddleboarding, kayaking, floating, boating and fishing! A trip up Boy River was fantastic fishing. The property is huge and allowed for our dogs to be off-leash the whole time. Communication with the owners was easy, friendly, and timely. We are already planning to come back next year!
