Positive: This outstanding property offers all the necessary amenities for both short and extended stays. It is fully equipped for cooking and is suitable for both small and large groups. The living room features a large television and ample seating. Moreover, it provides convenient access to the city center in just 5 minutes, allowing for quick transportation to various locations, such as the M32 and M5. The host is highly responsive and addresses any requests with great care. The house is impeccably clean and spacious, with fresh linens and towels supplied for each guest. All rooms contain comfortable double beds, and parking is conveniently available right outside the property on the street without any issues on a daily basis. We are engaged in various projects, and the host is accommodating towards company employees.

Positive: Was great for what we needed, a room where we could all be together as we are going through a difficult time. The kitchen was a great bonus and helped alot as we had a baby with bottles to wash and sterilise. Beds were fine, room was nice and clean. Easy to get in and check out.
Negative: The negative signs (about not taking items and taking a deposit) were very off putting and made it feel like a hostel. The windows are single glazed so noisy and draughty, which wasnt helped by the curtains as they didnt fit the window. Rooms need a tv and desk ideally to make it more comfy.
