Positive: The room we had was a studio on the water, the view was spectacular. The living area was very cozy and warm, fairly spacious and comfortable. Great to have live plants in the room :)

Negative: The kitchen wasn't really a place for proper cooking. There wasn't a good light above the stove (it was broken and full of grease) so it was very hard to see what I was doing, especially for dinner. I think there is another unit with a better cooking setup, but it's hard to know exactly what you're getting when you book. The check-in was fine, but there was no actual reception desk. We arrived during dinner so a server who was quite busy had to step out to check us in. The beds were only bunk beds, so better for groups rather than a couple.
