Negative: My air-conditioning wasn't working properly and on the final night I needed to move to a different room. They initially had a look at it, but it was never effective and made it difficult to sleep.

Positive: Exceptional stay. An appreciated attention to details which made it extra exceptional. Absolutely recommended. I’d also recommend the water treatment which they do it in a special pool. Extremely relaxing; not available in many places.

Negative: The food. Healthy but no variety which made it boring.

Summary: Exceptional. You’ll find there things you cannot find anywhere.

Positive: Everything from the moment we arrived we were treated like princesses. The staff omg their smiles, kindness and warmth was next level. The food was delicious. The spa next level we had 3 days of absolute bliss we could not stop smiling we felt so much gratitude. The priest Fire and Water blessing just topped it off. Thank you for making our first trip to Bali so memorable, we most certainly will return.
