Summary: The room was clean and tidy, but the staff omitted to tell us that the shuttle service didn't run on public holidays when we inquired about the times for the next day, which was a public holiday. We also had to wait over an hour for our meal to be delivered then one meal was missed so another half hour wait for that, with no apology from the staff at the time. Management the next day did give us our meal for half price and an apology but this was too late for tired travellers.
