Positive: Everything thing one imagines a "cottage" to be! Mid-century original woodwork,beautiful floors, cozy and beautifully appointed rooms. Walking distance to various sites in the Historic district. The house feels like it is nestled in a botanical garden! Loved our stay.

Positive: The cottage was like a home away from home. Perfect location for our visits to the historic district. Parking would have been a real issue but being within two blocks of the center of activity it was perfect. The cottage itself was immaculate. Every amenity was there. We loved every minute of our stay.
Negative: Can’t think of a thing to criticize.
Summary: I’ve used a lot of vacation rental and none has been better than Flagler Cottage.

Positive: Amazing location, 3 blocks from the Columbia Restaurant and walking distance to all of old St. Augustine. Great porch to enjoy the mornings and afternoon. Fire pit for a great end to the day. Parking for 4 cars.
Negative: Upstairs space was a tough climb with a suitcase.
Summary: 40th wedding anniversary with family and it did not disappoint.

Positive: The owners are honest people and very understanding, the house is within walking distance of most of the museums, quiet at night, The price is a little high but that’s because being so close to the historic district “St George Street”, and the time of the year. The house is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children, perfect for 2 couples to split the bill. I will definitely rent it again and I highly recommend it!!!
Negative: I recommend for the hosts to be flexible with the check in time, most people going to ST Augustine are traveling for vacation and might get there a little early, 1/2 an hour won’t make big difference.

Positive: The cottage presented a cozy and relaxed setting. Beautifully decorated. All the beds were comfortable. Close to our favorite shops and restaurants. We did some cooking and the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. There was plenty of parking space. My siblings and I are looking forward to booking again for next year! ☺️
