Summary: We had a great time staying here while we fished at Ivie. The host was very accommodating and was very responsive anytime I had a question. I would recommend this property. It's about as close as you can get to the Elm Creek Boat ramp.

Summary: Perfect spot to stay when fishing Ivie, stones throw from the ramp and has a nice covered structure to charge and store your boat at night. The property is in excellent condition and very neat and clean.

Summary: Overall fantastic trip! Pellet smoker on the property which cooks amazing brisket/ hot dogs and hamburgers! Monty was very easy to get into touch with and communication was great! VERY NICE and well decorated. Plan to stay there in the future!

Summary: The property was amazing. Everything was thought of ahead of time, especially for the fishing fans. Even a perfect spot to park the boat under shelter and charge overnight. Can’t say enough great things about this place and the host. Can’t wait to return.

Summary: We had a big fishing tournament and stayed here for the week. It was perfect for what we needed and Monty was awesome! Definitely will stay there again
