Summary: The property is great. Spacious and well appointed and recently remodeled. The location is walkable to everything in the city center and has a parking space for a rental car. Juan and his family are outstanding hosts, thinking of everything I could have needed. I'm very appreciative of them. I would definitely stay in this apartment again and highly recommend it.

Summary: This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was perfect for our needs for the Duathlon World Championships. We could easily walk, bike, drive to various venues throughout the historic center, and enjoyed much more space (plus a kitchen) versus hotel offerings at the same price or more. Juan and his family were very gracious/flexible. Due to flight delays, we arrived very late at the property, but were still greeted with wonderful hospitality. They even pre-stocked the kitchen with several food items for us that was much appreciated given our late arrival. The condo was very clean and everything was in working order. Juan and his son also helped me load my race bike and luggage in my rental van prior to my departure. I would definitely stay there again.
