Positive: A very nice place - the room was very large and very well decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the shared kitchen was well equipped we had dinner at the place, which was very nice, and friendly people who shared with us the history of the place. Positive: Beautiful property, well kept with lots of history.

Negative: We were told about the separate bathrooms from bedroom, so not a huge deal, but is slightly inconvenient at night.

Summary: Wonderful stay with lots of beautiful scenery and Norwegian heritage. Don’t miss out on the meal!

Positive: Flatheim - where reality become better than your sweetest dreams. We are in Norway for the first time. And what we know for sure is that we must come back here. We are completely in love. The nature is stunning. When it comes to Flatheim everything here is just like it should be. You have a feeling that you’re visiting your relatives who live in one of the most beautiful places you have ever seen. They serve you incredibly delicious meals even if vegetarian food isn’t their passion and spend lovely moments on conversations. Expierencing stormy weather on the sea took our hearts. Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Flatheim. First we've booked for two nights and then expended to total four nights. Flatheim is a lovely and quiet space surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved our cozy apartment. A place to fully undwind and relax. Sigurd was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming. He cooked us two delicious dinners at Flatheim and breakfast was fresh and very nice too. Flatheim is right next to the Waterfall Trail Fossestien, which is worth a beautiful easy walk or long hike. We can recommend Flatheim very much.
