Positive: Outstanding view and location

Negative: The hotel didn’t have alcohol license, which was a downer to be honest. They offered solutions still to order from their sister hotel but they only bring bottles. The road to the hotel is like eight minutes by walking, but it’s not very convenient to to walk there because it’s steep.

Positive: - nice and dear staff (except for one) - beautiful view from bungalow - swimming pool with beautiful view - jacuzzi in bungalow - delicious breakfast

Negative: - Unavailability of drinking water (0.5l of water per person per day, others for €1 per 0.5l , in market is price 1€ for 10l water , In Europe, the availability of drinking water is a basic requirement for every accommodation) - Missing sign on water taps that they are not drinkable (the only dissatisfaction was with the manager who still makes fun of it and my girlfriend felt sick for half a day) -The pool only has sun loungers for 8 people, be careful if the hotel is full - The road anywhere is a pure disaster, take proper shoes and expect the worst roads you've ever experienced. - The bed in the room is soft and there are no dividers so every movement makes the whole bed move - missing free shuttle to the beach and restaurant only at designated times (each trip in one direction will cost you €10) -The bungalow looks very nice from the outside and inside, but when you look closer you will find that not everything is as clean as it should be, that there are holes in the walls, floor and ceiling through which dangerous insects can enter, there are nails sticking out on the roof, and the entire bungalow is covered with only one layer of Tatra profile, no other protection. -We had a scorpion in the bathroom and the bathroom is not as clean as it should be. - breakfast Only tea or coffee to drink, no juice or water, except for 0.5l water which is included in the price per day

Positive: If stargazing in a jacuzzi overlooking the beach and green mountains wasn’t already enough, you’ve also got an infinity pool to swim in at any time in the day or night with friendly staff that strive to make your stay better.

Negative: A little more information about nearby restaurants would have been helpful, we were only told about Shambala. Transportation is easy once you get to the bus stop, which is very difficult to hike up to. I believe they should provide free shuttles to the bus stop after breakfast, without the busses you can hardly escape Kabak to the beautiful Oludeniz, Fethiye, and Saklikent regions which we found astonishing. Nonetheless, the property staff provide shuttles to the beach and nearby areas which is also helpful.

Positive: The listing is 100% accurate! You get what you see in the photos when booking. It was completely different from everything I have seen so far and the view is breathtaking and you have the best view of Fethiye. And it is even walkable to the beach if you dont manage to go with their free shuttle! They are very generous with breakfast and I truly believe it is undervalued for what you get! They even put slippers, robes and shampoos in your room.

Negative: The sun-beds by the pool were not very clean so you couldnt sit comfortably to have your coffee if not using a towel.
