This freshly updated unit in the popular Fleetwood building offers new paint throughout, new blinds, updated Webber BBQ, new bed in main bedroom, new large outdoor setting on back veranda and updated modern décor recently throughout completed in mid-2021.

The sunlit living/ dining area has water views and flows out onto the private balcony with BBQ facilities. The modern kitchen provides a dishwasher, microwave and complete cooking facilities.
There are two bedrooms with the main having access to the second balcony, the bathroom has the bonus of having a bath, walk in shower, vanity and separate toilet. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
4 Fleetwood is just a walk across the road to the waters edge and only a short 200m walk to boutique shops, variety of restaurants including The Game Fish Club and Shoal Bay Resort & Spa.
