Positive: Excellent location and the unit was clean & well-appointed. Great city views & walking distance from tram & train.

Negative: The first code I had been sent to collect the keys was not the correct code, but a second code that I received just before my visit was correct. I was told by booking.com that the hosts required me to send a photo of myself within 48 hours of having made the booking. I sent the photo & the hosts replied that they did not require a photo & that it must have been "a Booking.com thing". We went for a walk on Tuesday afternoon & we we returned to the building we couldn't gain entry with our fob. We phoned the contact number listed, but no-one answered. We had to enter via the car park.
