Summary: This house can handle a couple families. Many bed and baths and a tv/ playroom and 2 sets of washer/dryers. Beautiful, serene location. Loved cruising the bay on the paddle boards. A wonderful stay. Thank you!

Summary: Weather did not cooperate but only one kayak was available anyway. Thought there would be two. Rain didn’t allow us to use it anyhow. House was nice.

Summary: The house was wonderful. Two bedrooms upstairs, one on main level and one in the basement. Perfect for kids and teens in the basement! Wonderful place to wake up and have a coffee on the multiple decks.

Summary: I stayed with my pregnant wife + 2 parents over age 80 + 2 kids under age 11. I’ve never encountered a more incompetent property management team in my entire life. Misleading listing. Outsourced customer service to overseas call center. Dirty house. Disjointed layout. Inflexible management policies. Truly terrible. Honestly Just awful.

Summary: Our extended family of 6 adults and 4 kids thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The house easily accommodated our group and the kids especially liked having the downstairs quarters to themselves (as did the adults!). The yard is wonderfully landscaped and access to the bay with the provided paddle boards and kayak was a huge plus. We even met "Mary" the bay's resident seal. Comfortable beds, an adequate kitchen, beautiful views, easy access to Bainbridge for shopping, restaurants, nearby hiking, etc made our stay perfect. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.

Summary: The location of this house is awesome! Right on the water and had paddle boards and kayaks which was super fun! There was plenty of space to get comfortable and the deck and dock had beautiful views and also provided a beautiful backdrop for my sisters engagement. Only downfalls are not enough large pots and pans for the amount of people that can stay here, also need to work on cleanliness a bit but overall it was a wonderful place and I would stay here again.

Summary: We had a nice stay there for a long weekend. The view was awesome. There wasn't a lot of pans and things to cook with but not everyone cooks as much as I do.

Summary: We totally enjoyed our stay on Fletcher Cove. We were babysitting our granddaughter while our son and his wife worked. The house was ideal in allowing everyone space to spread out including temporary office space for them. We enjoyed great views and relaxing times on the dock. My children were able to take out our granddaughter in the kayak. Bainbridge has a great downtown with shops and restaurants. The grocery store was convenient and lots of options for eating at home if you wanted. The island has terrific parks and we visited all of them with our granddaughter. The children’s museum is not to be missed if you have children with you. Our only hiccup was with the auto door locks being inconsistent in opening. Hopefully that can be addressed with the next visitors. Definitely recommend the house in Fletcher’s Cove.

Summary: The property is beautiful and huge. There were not enough seating outside for the max people of 10. The one person kayak has a leak and couldn’t be used. There is no mention of a mud flat during low tide in the ad.
