Positive: The breakfast was about as expected since the price of the room was relatively low and breakfast was included. However, I would have liked to see a few more options as it was poorly adapted for children. In addition, one of my daughters is severely lactose intolerant, and there were no good options. Coffee is not an option for a 12-year-old in my opinion. There was milk with lactose, but not even chocolate powder that I could have mixed with a little water as an emergency measure. It ended up being a cup of water for her and some bacon and very little cold cuts.
Negative: When we arrived we wanted to book a table to have dinner as we had driven about 1050 km that day. Even though it was not very late we were denied a table as it was already "overbooked". Yes, there were many local talents there who booked tables, so there were several who were actually staying at the hotel who did not get the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant. In addition, there is nothing nearby other than a relatively unclean kebab/hot dog stand. A hotel that does not put its guests first is not a place you return to. The hotel could be quite ok if they made the restaurant workable. The room was clean except for a few long black hairs in one of the beds, although the room was otherwise clean. The guy who checked us in had that job, also to run the restaurant. He was very nice and helpful and Im sure hi did his best, but unfortunately you can't run a hotel and restaurant like that. One person who takes care of everything? The price was attractive but there is still a lot missing for it to take off, and it's about the right management and prioritization.
Summary: Maybe a hotel for people who just want somewhere to sleep.
