Summary: Would not recommend. "non-smoking" property had ashtrays on every deck. No air-conditioning. Had to open deck door to get fresh air, which wasn't fresh as guests smoking on decks. Disgusting. Room was small and cramped, and hallways had unpleasant odor. Staff entered our room while Do Not Disturb sign was on door. Double room was 2 twin beds pushed together. Kept getting wedged between beds. Very disappointed.

Summary: This is one of my favorite hotels in all the world. Breakfast and dinner are outstanding. The ambience is lovely. The people are so nice. If you're looking for huge and glitzy this may not be for you. This is more like going home to visit your sweet family.

Summary: We loved staying here! However, the rooms are dated which was not an issue for us as we enjoyed the quaintness of it all. If one thing could be changed we would request that families be in a separate area for dining, particularly in the evenings when you're wanting a quiet, romantic meal together.

Summary: Wonderful staff and the restaurant as well as the proximity to the beach and Keukenhof was excellent. What stood out to me was how quiet this is situated in a Dutch neighborhood. I loved it.

Summary: Very charming exterior with lovely patio lounge access to the ocean but it rained and we did not hike. Brick hallway was musty smelling, no elevator, drab decor, ants around coffee maker.

Summary: Hotel in need of refurbishment in all areas. Bathroom particularly bad. Breakfast limited. Bedroom very basic. For euro 220 per night we were expecting luxury. We got below average. Everything was done to a minimum- staffing, towels, dining bedding. Don’t believe the pictures on booking sites they have not representative
