Positive: Its location was perfect for our needs. Loved its eco credentials! Well-equipped and beautifully and thoughtfully converted. Excellent parking. Owners could not have been nicer - so helpful in advance and perfect hosts during our stay.

Negative: It wouldn’t be a problem for the vast majority of people, it’s just our elderly and infirm mother was with us and found it a bit of a walk from the (lovely) downstairs bedroom to the toilet and from there to the bathroom to wash her hands during the night. It feels a bit unfair to make a criticism as the property was virtually perfect but a basin in the toilet would have been helpful for this particular guest. Most will appreciate the flat accessibility though!
