Positive: Great location. The in-room facilities are great — it comes with a microwave, gas stove, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.
Negative: The bed was quite uncomfortable. The mattress felt old and worn out, and the pillows didn’t offer much support.

Positive: Good location, very friendly desk staff. Even though i was late for checkin they still were very friendly and even spoke some English. Location wise its perfect as its just outside the drinking area.
Negative: Bed was too hard for me, but it was totally fine for a night. I'd go here again if i need to be in the area.
Summary: Simple but enough for what i needed.

Positive: I liked the accommodation, and its location being close to useful shops and services. The lighting in the room was also great with multiple lighting levels so that you can have the appropriate amount at any time without waking you up too much. The toilet is also very clean with little to no issues minor leakage when taking a shower but that gets collected in the sink and also minor blockage at drain but that's when you use high shower settings which are rarely needed. I haven't used the kitchen but it looks usable. The bed has been surprisingly comfortable with a comfortable futon and pillow. The hotel operator at the reception was also very helpful with some of the questions and fixing problems in a timely manner.
Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning services offered. The washing machine is excellent but the dryer has been difficult to work with as it would not appropriately dry the clothes even on the higher setting this is with making sure the filter is clean. I feel like the dryer is also not that cleanest and I hope there are maybe monthly full clean events so that it's harder to reach areas inside the drum are clean so as to not contaminate the clothes. There are some cosmetic damages to the accommodation on arrival which didn't have clean fixes or sometimes just not fixed at all but that is livable.
Summary: Perfect for short stays, need a better dryer for longer stays.

Positive: it’s a good location and has everything you would need. the staff was very kind. It is older and worn but it’s still cleaned up well and tolerable. I got a deodorizer for the smoke scent and it was fine. Overall would come back next time i’m in japan for a long term stay
