Positive: We loved this house! -Friendly and flexible hosts, spacious and clean home, plentiful drinking water included, washing machine/dryer, comfortable lounge area and tv for the family, cozy beds and linens, high pressure showers and spacious bathrooms, beach towels and bags and help with organizing tours (digital guidebook--was so helpful prior to arrival)! The hosts were very cool with flexible check-in and out based on availability---what a treat and made the travel days relaxed and more convenient--we felt like we had extra fun and time on the island! The hosts must be travelers because they know what is helpful and it shows. The house is perfect to relax in after exploring the island--they have thought of everything. We loved it all and highly recommend booking this house. We would most definitely return if back on Isabela Island!

Positive: Flip Flop House was perfect for our 3 night stay on Isabela with our 3 children! The communication before and during our stay was excellent with everything and more that you needed to know was provided. The accommodation was first class and was in an excellent location to explore the island. We would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Isabela.

Positive: We loved Flip Flop House! It was the perfect place to come home to after exploring the island and in a very central location but also quiet. The host's suggestions for tours were great, use them! They were also super communicative and flexible regarding our check in and check out. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Positive: Great, big house, right in the center of the village but very quiet. All appliances worked perfectly; very nicely decorated with a big interior yard. The cosmetics in the bathroom were top of the line. Very gracious host, extremely accommodating. Would warmly recommend.

Positive: The air conditioners were effective in every room and ran very quietly. My wife thought that the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Large and clean bathrooms. Great to have a laundry room - really helped us out on a long trip. Close to restaurants and many very small grocery stores - we had to walk to 3 or 4 markets to get everything we wanted. It was fun for us - one market had eggs, but no milk or fruit. Another market had milk, but no meat, etc. All of the markets are within 4 blocks and the staff at each location were very friendly and helpful (even though we didn't speak any Spanish).
Negative: The laundry room also contained a toilet and a sink and something in the room smelled awful - we never used that toilet, but odors from the sewer lines came up through the pipes?? Make sure you keep the laundry room door closed - it will keep the smell from spreading throughout the building. I tried to get the TV and DVD to work, but had no success. The entrance to the property is down a small alley and many taxi drivers do not know it exists - we could hear our taxi drivers asking other drivers how to locate the property. For us, these problems were minor and we all agreed that we would gladly stay at the property again.
