Positive: I liked the industrial and rugged area of the boathouse, which is just 3-4 minutes, by bike (recommended), from the centre and even closer to the art noveau area. A store is very close, which is handy. The flat at the boathouse itself has a nice fresh feel, is well equipped and is suitable also for families, as the sofa is a pull-out (and parking, free of charge, by the boathouse). The kitchen had most that I needed (basic stuff) and a french press for coffee would have added a luxorious touch:), but a mug-brew did the job as well.
Summary: Industrial on the outside, fresh and clean in the inside.

Positive: This place exceeded my expectations. Staying on a boat was a really unusual and enjoyable experience. The apartments are spacious, nicely renovated, and very stylish. There are two supermarkets nearby, and guests can use a large free parking area. The Old Town and city centre are also quite close, and you can easily walk there if you feel like it. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Positive: The location of the apartment is really unique, it was very great to see river all the time. Very relaxing. The studio was very clean, comfortable. The distance to the city centre is walkable if you like long walks, but you can easily drive or take a taxi. There are couple of small stores really close, also very nice Ramen place not far away.
Negative: It's not the dislike, just for some people might be important to have in mind that the surrounding are is industrial, with some part of port being there.

Positive: Really great property. Very clean & comfortable with great shower, heating and air con. Great views over the river from the bedroom. Amazing value for what you get.
Negative: Didn’t bother me at all, but it is slightly outside the old town centre, so it’s a bit of a walk or a short tram ride to get there (the trams are cheap and frequent and quite a nice experience anyway).
Summary: Amazing stay in a fantastic place 😃
