Summary: The Pend Orielle Perch is a perfect getaway for one! My first morning in I already knew I needed an extra night. It was peaceful and clean. I would stay there again!

Summary: My overall stay was great with a huge hiccup, when I arrived I did not have water working, the group that manages this property, Vacasa, was already on it, but it took until the next morning until I had water to shower with and be able to flush the toilet or even yet drink...although this was a short lived problem it still sort of ruined my first night..but I would go again

Summary: Amazing location and peaceful just know the house has a few corks breaker for stove trips and lock box on the right side is the one you need and the float key chain makes it difficult to open. I would definitely return to this house on the lake !!!

Summary: Though the house does not face the lake it had a place to put in our paddle boards and kayak. The unit was very clean and can accommodate at least 3 to 4 people if you bring your own sleeping pads.

Summary: I was contacted approximately 2 hours prior to check in that the wifi was not hooked up due to a snafu with the cable company. I had already travelled 5 hours so I couldn't turn around nor spend more money on another lodging option. This ruined my entire vacation as I had no wifi to work and nowhere to go to sit all day and have video meetings. This cost me two days of missed work! I couldn't even watch the Television and had no cell service to be able to reach anyone. This would have been fine because I communicate via an app that uses wifi but I did not have any. I should've been given the option to cancel way before 2 hours prior to check in. This is unacceptable and I want my money refunded.
