Positive: It's an excellent guesthouse, perfect in every way. Nearby Hin Ta Hin Yai stones with walking distance, this section has the most clean water in Lamai beach area. Good for snorkeling, we can see many colorful fishes under the water. Most of the bungalows are surrounded by the hills, and face the Lamai beach, that means we have big chances to enjoy the sunrise and sunset glows on the same day. Given Lamai located at the east coast of Samui, I saw stunning evening glows a few times from my blocony. The owners are a beautiful Thai family, very friendly and considerate. Most of the bungalows are attached with a kitchen, both the kitchen and bathroom are well designed, wonderfully separated from the bedroom. So the smell from the kitchen or toilet will not invade the place we sleep. Almost the best studio room design I ever saw, compared with those high floor cramped rooms in Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur. That's why I stayed there for one night, and hurry to book a one month stay as soon as possible. Hard to find vacancy in this great guesthouse. Macro Food is also in walking distance nearby, we can easily get those raw materials from there to cook some hometown meals. It also has many fruit selections from different countries. I stayed there from late August to late September, mostly sunny. If it rains, we will see more clean water in Lamai, very good for swimming. Almost like having a nice dream over there. I definitely want to come back, but mostly sold out on Booking.com. Very appropriate that the owners arerunning such a lovely guesthouse in Lamai.

Positive: Floral House offers a complete apartment or bungalow, complete with kitchen and fridge for very affordable prices for short and long stay. Perfectly located just around the corner of Grandma and Grandpa rock and the south end of Lamai Beach. Close to waterfalls, temples, gardens, viewpoints, bars, nice restaurants, supermarket, wash service and scooter rental next door or across the street. The Lamai Night Market and the Lamai Fresh Food Market are just 6 minutes away by scooter. Floral House has a nice swimming pool to cool down on a hot day. The grounds are well maintained and there is a roofed scooter parking. Perfect!
