Located 20 minutes from central Melbourne, close to Tullamarine Airport and walking distance to shops, train station and other amenities, Florentine Villas are fully equipped with all things necessary for both short and long term stays, including our complimentary WIFI, and keyless entry.
Each villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms separate lounge and dining rooms, large gourmet kitchens with dishwasher, full bathroom with hair dryer, fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryers and ironing facilities, off street parking, central heating, air-conditioning, and private relaxing courtyard with outdoor furniture. The lounge is equipped with TV and DVD player.
Each master bedroom is equipped with a QS bed and large wardrobe, shelves and drawer space. All other bedrooms have either Queen or single beds with large wardrobe, shelves and drawer space.
BBQ facilities are available on request.

Summary: We would highly recommend Florentine Villas.It was a great size for our family. It was also very clean and comfortable. Being the Christmas period, we did a lot of running around to friends homes and the location was ideal, being no mote than 30-40 minutes from where ever we needed to go. It was quiet and the heating/cooling worked very well. We would definately return as it would be one of the best places we have stayed as a family, and to be able to do it with our dog was the cherry on top. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Sorry we did not get a chance to empty the dishwasher before we had to leave. Having instructions on how to use certain items also helped. The only one we could not figure out was the spa, but as we were not there much, we didn't want to bother Sharon over the Christmas break. We left 2 glasses on the kitchen counter so you could see the big cracks, so we did not use them. The front porch light did not activate and the back yard and table had a lot of dropped moss from the roof. All superficial, but thought it best to let you know. Summary: This property suited our needs perfectly, it was roomy enough for 3 adults, 2 children and a baby, conveniently located for what we needed but also very quiet. The owner was communicative and kind enough to waive the late check out fee as my daughter was having surgery. Would stay again!
