Summary: From the very beginning, our stay has been disappointing for several reasons: - Unprofessional check-in experience – Upon arrival, staff members were shouting at each other at the front desk. - ⁠No room key provided – We were not given a key at check-in and were told to rely on the maid to let us in and out of our room until a key was available. - ⁠Misleading information about dining options – The hotel is advertised as having three restaurants included in the all-inclusive package, but in reality, only one is available to us. - ⁠Food quality issues – At breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the food is consistently cold unless we arrive the second it is put out. - ⁠Poor drink selection and service – Only three basic cocktails are offered, drinks are only available until 10:00 PM, and there is no table service for drinks during meals — guests must queue themselves. - ⁠Rude service – Staff have been dismissive and at times rude when approached for simple requests, such as asking for towels. - ⁠Lack of communication about major disruptions – On day 5 and 6 of our stay, a presidential meeting is being hosted at the hotel. No advance notice was given, and were not able to use the hotel parking (despite using it every day previously) and must enter and exit through a back entrance. - ⁠Spa – The spa desk has been unmanned every time we’ve visited, making it impossible to book any treatments. - ⁠Beach bar closure on 2 days, we asked the staff member if it could be opened, we were ignored.

Summary: We stayed at the Flower Hotel in Golem and had originally booked for 5 nights, but ended up checking out after just 1 night. The hotel was a big disappointment compared to what was advertised online. The photos are very misleading — the “garden hotel” is nowhere near a 5-star standard and is in poor condition, outdated, and not well maintained. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, and they did their best to assist us. They moved us to their other, more modern hotel, which was slightly better, and we were able to manage one night there. Unfortunately, we had already paid for 5 nights, so it was a frustrating experience overall. Be aware that this hotel is more like a 3-star, or maybe a low 4-star at best — definitely not a luxury stay.

Summary: Our room #210 was never really Cool. Despite asking for the a/c to be turned down multiple times. It was never a pleasure to walk in there after a hot day. We had 2 lots of wires hanging down from the ceiling where lights should have been. Which we did let them know about but nothing was done. The staff are very friendly. Our housekeeper was 100%. The diving board at the pool is a real pain as kids ‘bomb’ into the pool splashing other pool users and sun bed users. No real need for it to be there. Very much a family hotel. Probably not for couples. Not a relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful.

Summary: We have booked 2 junior suites, but were moved to the white building. Then the room amenities were very humble and basics. The property itself is nice, and the people are kind. Nevertheless, we had several electricity shortage and air-condition breaking down and were forced to sleep one night in a different room! There are no hooks in the bathroom and the minibar was always leaking water. Guestroom sockets needs to be renovated. The Cleaning ladies were extremely noisy and do not respect guests when starting to work through the day in the room make overs! The breakfast was very nice, but you can only order and pay for a cappuccino because the only offer for a coffee is Americano! Coffee Machines ae really outdated.

Summary: The property was spacious and very clean. The spa was lovely and the massuse was amazing. The staff in general was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

Summary: Amazing hospitality. Special thanks to all the staff. We went with family 2 kids and needed frequent sterilisation of bottles for baby and milk. Staff were so patient and helpful. Made our holiday stress free. Food was great and kids loved the indoor spa and swimming. Rooms and cleanliness 10/10.
