Positive: Classic "pub with rooms", bedroom and bathroom were clean, good facilities. Enjoyed a pizza in the pub in the evening, and very good full English breakfast. Good location for a meeting at Kempton Park (5 mins)
Negative: The room was very warm, and the fan in the room was too noisy to use. I opened the window but I was at the front and it was a surprisingly busy road from 5am with lots of road noise.
Summary: Good value pub with rooms, ideal for Kempton Park
