Travel Purpose: business
Positive: It was a large-ish apartment and the bed in the interior bedroom was soft and we slept well. Main bathroom was large which was nice and washer and dryer worked perfectly. Sofa was comfortable. Parking was easy and it was a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Did not see or hear any other guests in the building even though it appeared to be full, there were lots of cars.
Negative: -Not the cleanest place we have stayed. There was a smell of trash when we arrived like maybe the trash from the last guest was left inside for too long (we took all our trash out when we checked out). Also floors were kinda dirty. -There is no a/c and some of the windows were broken and not able to be opened, which hindered airflow. Front door screen has a giant tear in it which was letting in mosquitos. -There are fans but one quit working halfway thru our stay and the other one works but won't stay upright. -Water shut off one morning and we had to call the property management who did eventually fix the issue, but losing running water without warning was an inconvenience. -Not too convenient of a location.
Summary: Fine but probably would not stay again.
