Positive: It was sparkling clean and loved the extra touches - books to read, a compendium of eateries in the area, a night sensor light in the bathroom. Breakfast supplied (even two real eggs!). Met the host on the morning we vacated and enjoyed talking with him and meeting his two cats.
Negative: A shelf in the shower to put shampoo, soap etc on rather than having to reach on the floor of the shower tray. Lovely and clean though and the water pressure was great.
