Positive: This is one of those rare places that from the moment you check in to the moment you leave you feel happy and content with your choice of hotel. Lisa, who greeted us and said good-bye when we left was stellar. She showed genuine happiness with meeting our little dog and offered friendly conversation. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely. It was decorated for Christmas in such a sweet way and the natural plants add to its ambiance. It's the perfect combination of comfortable coziness and beautiful architectural details. The thoughtful coffee in the little jars with a french press was a bonus. The extra hygiene products in the bathroom sealed the good deal for me.
