The house has very generous spaces, large lounge and huge deck with stunning views toward the water and Albany. Fully fitted out and newly renovated kitchen.

Summary: Overall the house was great .. very spacious but it was hot in the bedrooms with not enough fans The air conditioner in the lounge did not work very well Despite this we enjoyed our stay

Summary: We stayed at Foley Retreat for a family Wedding at the Boathouse, Riverhead. There were six of us staying at the property and it was excellent. Communication from the owner was brilliant and the property was very clean and well set up with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at Foley Retreat.

Summary: This property suited our needs for the size of our group. The water temperature in the en suite shower and kitchen sink was only just warm, but everywhere else was hot but didnt affect our stay lovely and quiet we woild return

Summary: We stayed at the Foley retreat as we were up for a sporting event. It was a great house for kids and adults. Three bathrooms! And the games room was awesome. A lovely lounge and dining area and spacious kitchen.
