The home has a private entrance, and guests will receive a key code for self check-in. Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their own meals, and there is a dining table with seating for six. The living room has a comfortable couch and chairs, as well as a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and towels, and both bedrooms have comfortable beds with fresh linens. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use.

We want to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests, so please refrain from loud parties or excessive noise after 10 pm. We allow a maximum of 4 cars parked in the driveway and ask not to exceed the vehicle limit in this neighborhood. We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Since we do also have a cleaning fee, we have a no-stress check-out procedure. That means as long as the home isn't left in poor condition, you can enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning before you leave!
We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we're proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn't follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it's time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!
