Summary: The trailer was exactly what I needed to avoid the fireworks in the Sacramento area for my dog. I was very comfortable in the trailer and surrounding property for walking the dog. It was the weekend of the heat wave and the air conditioning work great. The trailer was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Summary: Me and two old friends were looking for a good spot for a friend's reunion. Somewhere away from it all. We found this place and it was exactly what we wee looking for. Everything was as advertised and it worked out well for us. The owner was helpful and responsive and the check in and check out was smooth. Great for 4 or fewer people, looking for a place to stay off the beaten path.

Summary: Overall, great experience with this listing! Everything was better than expected. From the time of the booking, the host was very responsive and communicated everything you would need for the stay and was very flexible and accommodating to our needs! The place was clean, organized, and had everything we could think we would need including entertainment. Also, the view at night was perfect! Best part is, they were very dog friendly! We would definitely book again.
