A relaxing home away from home where you will settle in like you have always lived there. A place of rejuvenation where you can just lie on the sunchairs and listen to the waves crashing on the shore at 90-mile beach only 350m away.
With the Gippsland Coastal Park on your doorstep, this fully fenced and very pet/child friendly (inside and out) beach house will innervate your soul, with the salty air, sea breeze, sunshine (or fresh salty rain) providing you with a relaxing yet invigorating, quiet atmosphere as a base to explore the 'off-leash' 90 Mile Beach.
Whether you feel like golf, bike riding, surfing, windsurfing, swimming, fishing or just quiet walks along the beach and back streets, Paradise Beach has a lot to offer.
You will enjoy your stay where you can sit back in the leather lounges, air conditioning, east facing rear decking or new west facing front decking and enjoy the native wildlife such as wombats, kangaroos, koalas, and native birds literally right outside the house. Our resident Koala called Wilfred may even pay you a visit so look out for him.
At night, it is astoundingly quiet except for the waves which adds to the atmosphere whilst star gazing our star-blanketed sky. Cold nights need not deter you as you snuggle up on the couches, wrapped in your blankets enjoying a wine/drink/hot chocolate in front of the wood fire Coonara oven which toasts the room before you go to sleep in one of many comfortable beds.

Summary: Fantastic spot and so close to the beach. Knowing that the yard was full enclosed meant there were no drama with the dogs. Great fireplace and comfortable home. Would recommend fixing the kitchen tap as it is very wobbly and the fixing the air slide on the Coonara

Summary: This property was really well appointed with everything that we could possibly need on-site. It was presented immaculately and was very comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, fabulous for shells, it was great for the family (perhaps not a great swimming beach in winter but those aren't far away). Easy day trips to Loch Sport or into Sale, we had a great time. It was so relaxing and held plenty of options for the kids, with walks along the beach, games, extensive movie collection and spaces to relax. We all had a really great and relaxing time here.
