Positive: What went well: There is a luggage room, and one of the security gentlemen was very helpful. Guests can stay in the lounge area on departure day if the flight is later, which is convenient. The location is practical: close to a bus stop, bike rentals, shops, and a Lidl about a 10-minute walk away; the seafront is nearby. TV works well and supports casting from a phone.
Negative: What went wrong: Room and especially bathroom were not properly cleaned on arrival; dusty window area with cobwebs, and soap was not replaced despite being nearly empty. Was initially accommodated in a basement room that did not match the photos of the rooms shown online; only after two days was a room change possible. In-room temperature can’t be adjusted by guests, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. Housekeeping does not clean proactively; guests must request service or replacements explicitly—even over a longer stay. When cleaning was requested, it was refused and vacuuming had to be done personally due to my increasing allergy symptoms. Bathroom has a floor-level shower; water easily spreads across the bathroom floor after showering. Kitchen equipment needs replacing: the frying pan was extremely worn and the base was coming off, which made basic cooking difficult. Tips for future guests: If something needs cleaning or replacing (soap, towels, cookware), inform the front desk/customer support; it won’t be done by default. If assigned a basement room, confirm it matches the listing photos or ask about changing options before the trip, if possible! Overall: Decent location and basic conveniences, but overall felt like the bare minimum for the price due to cleanliness, maintenance, and service gaps.
Summary: Convenient location and basics covered, but housekeeping and maintenance fell short.

Positive: Free luggage storage - also for the day of the departure Really original interior design. Quite unique but really nice
Negative: Our stay at this apartment complex was fine although it was not quite what we were expecting. Old building after general renovation - all fine except for the fact that along the corridors there are still some weird pieces that are not really fitting the place. Adding a little bizzare vibe. The only staff member present at the facility is the security guard - so in case of any questions there isn’t really anyone to turn to. The cleaning team could do a little better. The corridors were a little dirty. The room itself was fine overall - nothing major to complain about. But for this price - the cleaning wasn’t top notch, as it should (spider webs near the ceiling, dirty walls). The room lacked some basic amenities - like working TV, some salt, pepper, coffe (although there was a coffee machine in the room)
Summary: Given the price, I wouldn’t pick this apartment again

Positive: The room was very clean, had all facilities needed - hairdryer, coffee machine, dishwasher. Lots of kitchen stuff. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was big and there were all supplies needed. We had view of the Turning Torso. Very easy to access with a code, the location is near the central station. Supermarket nearby. The area is very calm and nice. Definitely would recommend! And the price was reasonable.

Positive: The room was different from the uploaded pictures, but it did not matter, because it was bigger than we expected and the equipment was the same. The room was clean, well equipped, bright and very quite. Very good value for the money close to central station. The stuff was helpful and polite.
Negative: The windows did not have blinds only curtains, so it was already a little bit bright in the morning.
