Positive: The directions to the property and finding the keys where very helpful and we had no problems finding the property. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable just right for the few days we where staying in Nottingham for, also easy to drive into Nottingham.
Summary: Lovely accommodation, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable.

Negative: Newer pillows maybe? My two were a bit lumpy. Did see spares in a drawer but as only for 2 nights just kept adjusting them during the night

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. All the utensils you will need in the kitchen. Love the quirky feel of the cottage.
Negative: The only small thing is that it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit to enjoy the view.

Positive: The Toy Box is situated on an arable farm between nottingham and mansfield It has everything you could want and ideal for returning to after exploring nottingham We consider it to be one of the best quirky air b n b we ve stayed at We didnt have a car but there was a bus every 10 mins to town
Negative: Maybe a little more pressure in shower but understand in old farm houses not easy to provide best pumps … it was definitely adequate

Positive: This is the best equiped self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. There is everything you need including enough food to make breakfast the first day without having to go out. Oh - and not to forget the lemon drizzle cake - delicious.
Negative: The there was one thing that didn't quite get a 100% rating it would be the wi-fi that was a bit weak and continually disconnected.
