Positive: The property is located in a peaceful garden setting in Yerevan, which made our stay especially relaxing. The garden was beautifully maintained and offered plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, creating a calm and charming atmosphere. Although it was in a quiet area, the city center was only about a 15-minute drive away, making it easy to explore the main attractions while enjoying a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.

Positive: We liked everything and recommend everyone to saty here and choose this option for their vacation. We really enjoyed our stay in Forest Hills. A huge appreciation to the owner of the place, Vardan, who made this trip much better by his hospitality, humor and kindness. Definitely will come back here once we are back to Yerevan.

Positive: The host is one of the most hospitable people I've ever met. Whenever I had a question; he was right there to assist me in no time. Very affordable price. Strong wifi signal. Comfortable mattress.
Negative: Shower curtains could help keep the bathroom neat. Even though the hotel is located a bit off the main road, the noise can be heard. Impossible (for me) to fall sleep with an open window. Also, the area is not the prettiest, so as long as you don't mind taking taxis or driving a rented car, walking is rather not an option (no sidewalks, potholes in the streets, cars going both directions...).
