Negative: Driving into the driveway was a little bit daunting as it was quite narrow.

Positive: Beautiful old house recently renovated. Great location. Large living area tastefully appointed.

Negative: Driveway was difficult to enter. Traffic noise was an issue. Third bedroom too hot and no air conditioning working in that room so we couldn’t use it. Bathroom shower didn’t drain and left a horrible smell

Summary: Disappointed as we have to share a room as couldn’t use 3rd bedroom.

Positive: The location was very close to the centre of Launceston and with private parking. Great views as well. Very well set up house with good beds and great shower. The washing machine and dryer were good as we had been travelling for a week and good to be able do some washing. The information provided was well presented and easy to follow with loads of suggestions of places to see and restaurants. Thanks heaps Angela.

Negative: The beds were quite firm and could do with toppers maybe but more a personal choice. Couldn't fault anything else.

Positive: Spacious, beautiful, well equipped laundry and kitchen and comfortable. And close to attractions and city. Loved the fireplace!

Negative: Parking was a little inconvenient, but quickly got used to reversing into the driveway.

Positive: The house was cosy and inviting from the moment we stepped inside. Beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable beds and warm throughout. Excellent location!! Communication with Angela was wonderful throughout, we feot welcomed and supported for the duration of our stay!

Negative: Im not a confident reverser so the driveway had me worried. I managed to pull it off the first time, then decided to see if we would be able to turn around the next time, and thankfully with my daughter as guide we found our car managed it fine. We have a Mazda 3 sedan. There is a bit of road noise - to be expected next to the highway - but once my head hit the pillow in that comfy bed I was fast asleep so the noise didnt bother any of us!

Positive: Very nice accommodation, comfortable. Had a very homely feel. Good location with view across the river. Wood burner was great although had good heat pump that kept the place warm as well. Would definitely stay there again
