5 Bedroom House in Zephyr Cove

You will be staying in a cozy and peaceful mountain home with amazing views of the forest and mountains from every room. There is ample driveway and garage parking and the property is located at the back of the neighborhood with very little traffic and few other surrounding neighbors. Our home is surrounded by forest service property and frequently has wildlife visitors including deer, squirrels, chipmunks, eagles, and the occasional bear, coyote, and bobcat. Hot tub is available (weather permitting) for a nice soak after a long day exploring the great outdoors! Two outdoor patios with outdoor furnishings and BBQ available weather permitting.
The home is 3 living levels above the garage and may not be suitable for young children and those adults that have difficulty navigating stairs. 2nd level: 2 bedrooms and bathroom with laundry. 3rd level: Kitchen, Living Room, 1/2 bath, balcony and patio. 4th level: Master BR and bath, 2 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom.
*5 minute drive to 3 popular beaches- Nevada Beach, Round Hill Resort and Zephyr Cove with jet ski/boat/kayak rentals
*15 minutes drive to NV Heavenly Ski Resort base and 20 mins drive to CA Heavenly Ski Resort base
*Enjoy walks in the quiet neighborhood with views of Lake Tahoe and the mountains
*Less than 10 minutes to Safeway, South Lake Tahoe (casinos, night life, entertainment, shopping), restaurants, golf, horseback riding, snowmobiling, etc.

Summary: The property is very well maintained in a safe quiet area. It's really close to Zepher's Cove Lake and of course the casinos. It has parking for up to 4 cars which helped. The owner (?) Nila was very friendly and responded to emails quickly. I definitely recommend this great property.

Summary: This home was perfect for our group of friends celebrating New Years. It's extremely close to Zephyr Cove Beach as well as the downtown area with the casinos. There were plenty of rooms so everyone got a bed + a big kitchen and common area for hanging out. Check in and check out was seamless as well. Thanks for an amazing stay Nila!! 10/10 would recommend to friends/family + would stay here again.

Summary: If you love a real feel of the mountains, the stay in Zephyr Cove is it. The drive into Zephyr Cove is spectacular, you get a beautiful view of the lake. Once you get to the property it is nice and quiet, there are mountain boulders and rocks all around which you can appreciate from almost every window, as well as majestic trees, once inside. The house has a cool mountain look. We enjoyed the large spaces and it was still very cozy. It has ample room for larger parties/groups. There is a straightforward welcoming packet you can find on the kitchen counter. It had all the amenities we needed for our family to stay very comfortably. We were even able to enjoy the jacuzzi in the evening, after a day of being out on the lake. It was so relaxing and our children really enjoyed it. Aim the evening you can sit out on the front porch and listen to the woods come alive as the sun goes down, then look up at the stars. If you feel like a night indoors you can kick back and watch a little tv, guests have access to great material for adult and children alike. The owners are nearby. They are very kind and accessible for help if needed. We loved that so much to do was nearby! Grocery stores, hikes, lake access with everything a lake has to offer, places to eat, other towns, rivers and lakes. Every where you go is spectacular. We were able to get in and out very easily. The garage has capacity for two cars. We hope to make it back and experience it in the winter.
