Positive: Honestly I appreciated the pool and my bed was comfortable. The view from the master over looking the pool and priceless. I would have coffee daily outside. They were kind enough to leave a morning starter kit coffee, tea, water. I would spend hours in the pool. That my brother called me a fish. Game room great and overall the house was clean. I love that fact that I couldn't smell that other pets were ever there even with them having carpet. I bath my dog 8lbs Shitsu once to twice a week but to be safe I bath him every other day during my stay there. Which made the experience of being able to walk him around the neighborhood and carrying his poop bag easy. People were kind always waving at Charlie (dog) and I. Maybe they appreciated me cleaning after him. The house has the basic things to cook, every appliance. No cable or we didn't know how to use it but we just used my brothers Netflix. I would rent it again and suggest it with ease..
Negative: I would have appreciated them cleaning all the debris all over the driveway and the pool area was dirty. Which a simple run through with a hose and removal of palm debris would help. The shower head in the master bathroom was moldy and was turning my stomach.. I used dish washing soap to scrub the toilets since there was no Ajax. We left the house tidy and only used 2 rooms out of the 5 rooms as some family cancelled. I think with a couple of touch up this is a 5 star place.
Summary: Safe and well needed staycation from the Miami rat race!

Negative: Tables dirty, shower head mold noted , no shower handle, garbage outside can full lawn not mowed. Cost to heat the pool should reflect the cost ahead of time during colder months , water level in pool and spa very low
Summary: Will ask a lot more question on future over all meet our needs this time
